When the asians took over from the greeks at my local take away shop they were throwing away the crackle for a good month with people going off at them.

Its only gross if you think about it as chewing some pig fat and skin apart from that its just the good bit from bacon

my old man is a chef and was cooking a suckling pig at a fancy restaurent a while back and forgot to break its back before putting it into the over so it curled up when it was cooking and was then "sitting" up facing everyone when it was served apprently none of the women could eat it
