I wanted to utilise the over flow chambe for a nicely sized skimmer as I don't have room to hang any skimmers on the back..and I'm not a big fan of anything hang on..just not as aesthetically pleasing. Looked around heaps but I keep steering forwards the marine source RDC 250 as it fits inside their with room to spare.
FINALLY AN UPDATE ON EQUIPMENT
I've gotten word back that the LEDs have arrived in austrlaia but need some paper work etc etc to be done and clarified properly. It gets to my supplier thrusday so hopefully I receive them next week. Also I've sorted out the best possible choice of a decently sized skimmer..I've gone with the marine source RDC-250 internal skimmer which will fit in my sump chamber with little room to spare.
Furthermore..I'll be needing to go buy some surge power boards, get a custom, or build and acrylic shelf and RO resovour all in one to house my equipment which will be going in my cabinet..slots to fit the power board, the doser, the auto off unit and other controllers etc etc.
Will see how I go with getting it built but..if worst comes to worst..I'll buy a small enough table or shelf and customise that instead. Last thing on the list is to get a dosing unit, reactor to run carbon and those locline fittings and then I'll be set to get my tank up and running.

Lol guppies RRP? So like $86 in reality...I dno much about them he tried telling me it's better than my skimmer cos my skimmer uses a cheap pump but doesn't realise his stuffs Chinese and rebranded stuff
I am interested to know how this performs though because I'd love to restore my faith in Andries just my dealings with him haven't been the best

Yeah it was only like $80 something bucks, so why not give it a go. It couldn't be that bad..lol the majority of equipment are made in china now man, regardless of anyone thinks. Our leds, our skimmers, our WAvemskers..the lots hey so it doesn't bother me but...I am keen to see how the skimmer performs..my dealings with him have been pretty good actually, I order something and get it overnight shipped to me..and it was fastways not auspost..his stuff are grey imported..which is perfectly fine in my opinion.its not illegal and it's still the exact same product..just no fancy boxes and specialise branding..doesn't bother me..

I found the cheapest place for my acrylic was anysize any shape in tarren point, now saying they're cheaper doesn't mean it wasn't a bit expensive but compared to all other places they were really well priced, if you happen to find a good cheap place for it let me know :)
Someone on Facebook posted that maxspect nano review looks like its got some fairly decent specs will be nice to see especially the clean look with ur nice cade :)
